Here is a report that starts on a low note but ends on a high note.
It was around mid march. I head out to an event with Gerard Butler, Aaron Eckhart, and Angela Bassett. After a long time waiting I manage to only get Gerard Butler on an 8x10 as the others were quickly escorted out Sucks especially when you consider that Eckhart was my main want. So I go to the hotel and almost instantly I see Gerard Butler. He comes over and does combos no problem. I got a photo op and an autograph on my 300 blu ray digi book. This would have been extravagant IF I didn't already have a photo op with him. But since I did seems the evening was almost a bust. Thankfully I had a backup plan! I had outgoings for BOTH of them the next day. A chance for more Gerard Butler autos and a chance to get Aaron Eckhart for the first time.
First up was Gerard Butler who was his friendly self. I got two autos. Sadly, my focus was on him so I apparently missed Angela Bassett Oh well you win some you lose some.
Aaron finally shows up. He is ultra super friendly and does autographs and photo ops no problem. I got him on four 8x10s, a magazine, and a Dark Knight DVD (already signed by Christopher Nolan and Gary Oldman). Space is scarce there so I guess I'll end it with Christian Bale (hopefully one day). It's fitting cause Heath Ledger is dead while Morgan Freeman will not sign it anyway.
So while this whole ordeal took longer than I would have liked (spanned an evening and an afternoon) I did rack on two good names and got a first time photo op with District Attorney Harvey Dent! So cannot complain.

About 10 days after meeting Gerard Butler and Aaron Eckhart, I set out to get Chris Hemsworth AKA Thor. I got him before but I had solid info on him (flight) and he's a nice guy. So I ventured and it was well worth it. I got his autograph on an Avengers poster and a Walmart exclusive Thor figure. Didn't bother with a photo op as he had a cap on and it wasn't an upgrade from what I already had.
